Simplicity itself to prepare simply involving frying the paste in oil to release the full flavours before adding the meat and then some stock, these pastes allow customers to prepare meals from Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia without having to have a cupboard full of part used spices and as they are just the pastes, they allow additional flexibility for the cook to adjust to his or her preferences.
