You will recreate a meal full of flavour with the subtleness of warming chillies, galangal (Indonesian ginger), paprika & turmeric to name just a few of the spices. Finished with coconut cream to give a rich & silky sauce and served with a tamarind based sambal along with the giant Indonesian prawn & shrimp cracker you can’t fail to impress.

Easy to prepare in around 20 – 30 minutes and ideal with chicken, beef, seafood or your own vegetarian selection. Provides 2 generous portions.

  • Spice Paste
  • 6 Giant Shrimp Kupuks
  • Coconut Cream
  • Sambal Assem
  • Fragrant Jasmine Rice
  • Stock Granules

Preparation . . .

Stir fry the paste in some oil for a few minutes. Add your meat and cook. Next add the stock and leave to simmer. Finally add the coconut cream, cook the rice and serve.
