You do not appear to have Javascript enabled in your browser. The login process requires that you have Javascript enabled. It may be that you have an old browser (before Microsoft Internet Explorer 3, or Netscape v3) or that you have it disabled. You can switch it on in Internet Explorer by going to Tools | Internet Options | Security | Custom | Scripting | Active Scripting. In Netscape go to Edit | Preferences | Advanced | Enable Javascript.
