| Delivery costs on our site are simple.Basic : £1.99p - Maximum : £5.99 Our maximum delivery charge is £5.99, which is for next day carrier delivery. Please remember this is the next WORKING day so orders despatched on friday will be delivered monday. The courier delivery service is only available in the UK mainland (exc highlands). This means we do not provide Courier deliveries to the Isle of Man or Channel Isles. On smaller items we may elect to use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Although we do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered within the estimated delivery dates it is entirely possible that a small number of parcels may exceed the estimated delivery period due to a number of factors. These factors can include the locality of the delivery address within the UK, delays within the postal service or exceptionally busy periods. In these cases we ask you to be patient but advise that if an order has not been received with 7 working days you contact us at support@xotiq.co.uk where we can track your delivery.Mistakes - if we make a mistake then we will pay for the return of items, if however the mistake is yours then we will exchange or refund however the items must be returned at your cost.Damages in transit - any damage must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt and will be replaced at our cost. |
